Villa La Barrosa is in Chiclana de la Frontera, next to Sancti Petri and La Barrosa, on the Cádiz coast. In summer it is rented by the week; from October to May, by the month, to people who want to spend the winter in the southern sun, work remotely for a few months by the sea or need a home while passing through the area.

It is available from 1 December 2026 and can be rented, by the month, until 31 May 2027 at the latest.

A house to live in, not a beach flat

  • 200 m² detached house on a fenced 2,500 m² plot, quiet and completely private.

  • Up to 6 people: main bedroom with a 180 cm bed, ceiling fan and safe, and a second bedroom with another 180 cm bed or bunk beds for four.
  • One full bathroom and a storage room.
  • Front and back porches, trampoline, ping pong, swings, board games and books.

Everyday life in Chiclana

  • La Barrosa beach and the Calas de Roche a few minutes away by car, for walks along the shore in winter too.
  • La Estancia golf course, just the other side of the fence.
  • Mercadona and Carrefour El Colorado about 9 minutes by car; Mercadona delivers to the house.
  • Sancti Petri marina about 15 minutes away, with restaurants by the water.
  • Jerez airport about 35 minutes away; Seville just over an hour on the AP-4.

€1,290 a month for the whole house, on a seasonal rental contract, for any month from December 2026 to May 2027.

How much is it per month?
€1,290 a month for the whole house, on a seasonal rental contract. The price is the same for any month from December to May. Cleaning and bed linen are included; electricity, water and internet are extra, according to consumption. You deal directly with the owner, with no platform fees.
When is it available and how long can I stay?
It is available from 1 December 2026 until 31 May 2027 at the latest: in June the house goes back to weekly summer rentals. The minimum stay is one month.
How do I pay?
To secure the house, a two-month security deposit (€2,580) by bank transfer when the contract is signed, refunded at the end of the stay. After that, each month's rent by bank transfer before the 3rd of the month, including the first.
Can I work remotely from the house?
Yes. The WiFi is fast and guests who have spent whole seasons in the house have worked remotely without any problem. There is a heat pump in every room and a living room with a fireplace for cooler days.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. The 2,500 m² plot and the pool are fenced. Tell us about yours when you get in touch.

Do I need a car?
Yes, it's best to have one. La Barrosa beach is a few minutes away by car (it isn't walkable), Mercadona and Carrefour El Colorado are about 9 minutes away and Sancti Petri marina about 15. Mercadona delivers to the house. There is parking inside the plot for up to four cars.
How do I get there?
The nearest airport is Jerez, about 35 minutes by car; Seville is just over an hour away on the AP-4. The house appears as "Villa La Barrosa" on Google Maps and Waze.
